FAQS In this section, we aim to answer some of the most common questions we get asked about signage:
We have the ability to use many different types of materials, from extruded plastics, acrylics, wood, co-polymers, aluminium, steel, and composite materials.
We have an extensive range of fonts to choose from which we can recreate old artwork or produce new.
By supplying us with artwork in an eps, Jpeg or Adobe Illustrator format our design department can create your artwork.
We can provide you with a photographic proposal of you sign.
Yes, but you will need to seek permission from the owner first.
Generally all illuminated signs visible from the road will require advertisement consent from the local council, depending on your location you may be in a conservation area, you may need listed building consent. If you are concerned about this issue, please speak with one of our representatives or your local council development department.
We will work to a mutually agreed time frame, but the main determining factor is the size of the job to be undertaken.
What quality controls do you have in place?
An in house control system, with interdepartmental checks ensures that all signs are manufactured to the highest standard
We have a Health and Safety Statement, Equal Opportunities Statement & Environmental Statement; these can be produced on request. We can also produce method statements and risk assessments on a contract to contract basis.
We can create a corporate identity for you, prepare way finding schemes and carry out shop fitting work.
